The first thing we will want to do is get some information. This will help us find out more about what's going on and what your situation looks like. After all, we're here to help you and your family.

Whether it’s you or a family member that calls us, we want to hear your story, your situation and your specific needs. There are no "one size fits all" solutions. We will help you decide what is best for you. We’ll ask about finance, preferred location, level of care, add-on care, medical assessments and insurance so that we can make an informed recommendation.

Once we’ve gotten to know you a little better, we’ll start pulling together the details that tell us what solutions might work best for your individual situation. 

If you need to see a doctor or have additional medical tests, we will help you get that arranged.

If you decide you want to have a professional provide care for you at your home, we will make sure to match you with the right person that suits your needs. All caregivers are supervised by clinical staff to ensure your health and safety.

If you decide to seek senior living, we will locate the best choices available that meet your requirements and make appointments for tours. If you like, we can even come on the tours with you.

We will follow up with you regularly throughout the process. We are here to answer any questions and address any concerns that you might have. After all, none of this is easy. We are always available for you.

No Place Like Home never charges families who need our placement assistance. We have visited many of the leading care facilities and maintain relationships with the staff, which allows us to have a deeper knowledge of their services.

Fees are 100 percent covered by the care communities we work with.

If we provide in-home care, there will be an hourly fee. Accepted payment sources are Long Term Care Insurance, Private Pay, Veterans Benefits and Medicaid.
